Contractor Pricing Policy
Membership fees, initial funding, variable lead prices, billing overrides, and pricing changes.

1. Standard paid contractor plan
The standard contractor plan includes a recurring monthly membership and separately funded lead credits. The membership fee pays for platform access, account tools, matching eligibility, and related services. It does not include unlimited leads and does not guarantee any minimum number of opportunities.
2. Monthly renewal and cancellation
The membership renews automatically at the interval and amount displayed during Stripe Checkout until canceled. Contractors may manage or cancel future renewals through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation does not reverse charges for prior billing periods.
3. Variable lead pricing
Each opportunity has a service-specific lead price. The current price is displayed before acceptance. Pricing may reflect service type, expected project size, market, location, demand, project complexity, or other marketplace factors. The displayed price at acceptance controls that transaction.

4. Credit reloads
Contractors may purchase available credit packs through the portal. Credit purchases are charged separately from the monthly membership. Purchased credits are added only after confirmed payment.
5. Failed payments and eligibility
A failed or past-due membership payment may suspend matching and opportunity acceptance. A contractor also must have enough available credit to cover a priced opportunity unless lead charges or credit requirements are waived.
6. Taxes and processor charges
Applicable taxes, government charges, or payment-processing adjustments may be added where required. Stripe processes payment credentials and may display additional billing information during checkout.
7. Pricing changes
TradeProList may change membership fees, credit-pack options, or future lead prices prospectively. Existing accepted lead charges are not retroactively increased. Notice will be provided when required.
8. Overrides
Lifetime-free, VIP, promotional, beta, or admin-managed contractors may receive different pricing, waived fees, unlimited credits, or other arrangements. Overrides are discretionary and apply only to the designated account.
